I also took my dirtygirlgaiters for a test drive today as well and they were so light and comfortable I didn't even feel like I was wearing them. My right calf was a little sore after my 20 miler on Saturday so I wore my zensah calf sleeves as well. They always give my legs great support and have helped keep me running many times.
Legs felt great today as I did my easy 6 mile run. Really looking forward to the next 3 weeks and getting prepared to run.

100 mile run????! WOW!!!
I'd like to see a demonstration of taping. For real.
I'll have to check back on the dirty girl gaiter thing, the link was temporarily down when I clicked on it.
My brain can't seem to process that 100 mile run. I mean wow! All at once? How long would that take?
I'm so excited to get caught up on your blog. Your daughter is stunning by the way.
pack in superglue too. when you feel a hot spot...take care of it immediately. If you get a blister, pop and fill it with superglue...some people duct tape the bottom of their feet before they start...I haven't tried that.
