Training

Yes, I have been training, just not doing much running. I didn't run Hells Hills last weekend as I something come up so now I am training for a 5k race in a couple of weeks. It will be a very interesting race and can't wait to share my race report. As far as training goes I have now finished week 3 of P90X,and I must say it has been a great decision for me. During the past year or 2 all I have really done is run, and run some more. Well it has been really good to work other parts of my body and right now I feel really good. Some of the body parts that had gotten weak through the years are starting to show some improvement which I believe will only help me as I start ramping up my mileage later in the year.

awesome!! I have heard nothing but rocking good comments about P90X -- except that it just about kills ya! Good luck with all of your training and "cross training".

A good friend of mine has it and really likes it. Stick with it. I think it is a great idea. I was killed in my first Pilates class at the club today...ouch...the good kind. :)
