Yes, I have been training, just not doing much running. I didn't run Hells Hills last weekend as I something come up so now I am training for a 5k race in a couple of weeks. It will be a very interesting race and can't wait to share my race report. As far as training goes I have now finished week 3 of P90X,and I must say it has been a great decision for me. During the past year or 2 all I have really done is run, and run some more. Well it has been really good to work other parts of my body and right now I feel really good. Some of the body parts that had gotten weak through the years are starting to show some improvement which I believe will only help me as I start ramping up my mileage later in the year.
